So I have been doing really well but last week I had some days where I ate too much but then was good and did better than on a week when I was only good. So today I was bad (ate lots of pizza and chips) and tried to justify it but thinking I had been doing so well.
That's the exact thing that just the other day, I said I didn't do. I guess I am learning more about myself every day.

A big part of the weight loss thing is mental, at least it has been for me. It has been a real eye opener as I have learned to observe my thoughts and feelings all tied in with food.
Being aware is awesome. Acting upon that awareness really awesome! You can do it!

I agree with Amy. Being aware is a huge step! Maybe you can reflect on what's leading you to feel you can eat badly every once in a while after doing so well before. Good luck!
Hey, I saw you over AGirlWorthLosing's blog and thought I would read your's.
I've done that - celebrated with food I really shouldn't have eaten. It takes a while to be able to celebrate without first thinking of food as the thing you reward yourself with. But you do get there. You just have to persevere and take it one day at a time (sometimes one hour or one minute at a time).
