Ok, I just decided to do it and be better. I've been good so far today. I am keeping track, at least, which is a big step forward.
It just happened. I haven't gained too much since the post before my last post, but I have gained back the 10 lbs I lost when I was on a roll this summer.
I am disappointed in myself.

oh good for you!! i fell off the wagon the last two days and i am going to go eat pizza for dinner :( it's pretty hard to stay on track when you know you wear super forgiving clothes every day and there aren't any cute boys (or husbands!) to impress. good luck hun - getting rid of butter really will make a difference, and so will not adding to your foods - maybe try taking the top of the bun off of burgers, too, or not using a bun and cutting up the burger and adding it to a salad? ketchup's delicious though - i'd keep that and skip the cheese!
